Decision:

The Cabinet Member for Sustainable Stockport has:-

 

(1) Given approval to the use of up to £0.20m to support the development of the Higher Hillgate site identified in the report subject to receiving the appropriate planning consent for the proposed scheme and confirmation of Affordable Housing Grant from Homes England.

 

(2) Given approval to the use of £24,084 to support the development of care leavers accommodation at 96/98 Shaw Heath as identified in the report.

 

(3) Noted that the current remaining affordable housing commuted sums held by the Council is £1,111,036.
