Decision:

The Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing considered proposals for the introduction of waiting restrictions at the junction of Manchester Road and Brooklands Close, Heaton Chapel in order to improve safety and visibility for motorists entering and exiting this junction. The Cabinet Member has approved the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order, and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the order being made:-

North East side from a point 10 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of Brooklands Close in a South Easterly direction to a point 10 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Brooklands Close.

 

The £500 costs are to be funded from the Strategic Network Budget.

 

The Heatons & Reddish Area Committee supported the proposals.
