Purpose:

To provide the Committee with an overview of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, an update on progress of implementation of ASB Reforms and the delegation of powers to Stockport Homes under the new legislation.

Decision:

The Corporate Director (Place Management & Regeneration) has approved the delegation of powers under Section 53 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 to nominated officers from Stockport Homes.
