The Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing has approved the section 106 for Development No. DC068899 (Development of the former Davenport Hotel, 175 Buxton Road, Stockport) of £38,797.14 for Formal Sports be assigned to ‘Phase 1 improvements to Torkington Park Skate Area’

 

The Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing has been notified that the section 106 Agreement for Development No. DC068899 (Development of the former Davenport Hotel, 175 Buxton Road, Stockport) of £24,282.01 will be assigned to ‘Cale Green Play Area for the provision of a new toddler multi play unit’

 

Alternative options considered:

The commuted sums for play could also have been allocated to Great Moor Play Area. However, Great Moor Park has secured significant commuted sums that will cover the expected costs to sustain and enhance this play area in the next 8 years.
