Decision details

The Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing has approved the following measures in relation to the charges for the issue of pass cards for admission to the Town Centre Pedestrian Zones by vehicles allowed to enter under the Traffic Regulation Order:-

·         That a charge of £113 be made for administration of the issue of pass cards to site managers of qualifying building projects.

·         That a charge of £31 / month be made for the second and subsequent months that the pass card is in operation.

·         That at the end of the period paid for and / or at the end of the project for which the card is used the pass card may be cancelled and no further admission allowed.
