Council will be asked to consider for approval the Marple Neighbourhood Plan to go to Referendum and, subject to a result supporting the plan, its adoption as part of the Development Plan for Stockport.

Decision:

The Cabinet considered a proposal for the Marple Neighbourhood Plan to be put to a public referendum and recommended this to the Council Meeting, and that in the event of a vote in its favour, the Plan form part of the development plan for Stockport.
