In response to a nomination received in response to the Community Right to Bid from the Stockport County Supporters’ Co-operative, the Area Committee has considered the information provided in the report and agreed that the Edgeley Park Stadium met those criteria set out in the Localism Act 2011, as summarised in paragraph 3.1 of the report. As the nomination was valid and appeared to satisfy the criteria set out in Section 88 of the Localism Act 2011, the Committee approved the addition of Edgeley Park Stadium to the List of Assets of Community Value for further period of five years.
