The Area Committee has approved an application from St Ann’s Hospice to utilise Woodbank Memorial Park and Vernon Park between 10.00am and 4.00pm on either 15 July 2018 or 26 August 2018 for its 5K ObstaColour run event (with access being required between 5.00am and 7.00pm for set up and clean up), subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place and this being confirmed to the Ward Councillors.
