Purpose:
This covers the results of the Council's
annual review of fees for residential and nursing care provision.
There will be recommendations on the relevant fee uplifts for the
2017/18 period.
Decision:
The Cabinet have (1) Noted the report.
(2) Approved the proposed fee uplift as detailed in Section 5.2 of the report for the current financial year, with an effective implementation date of 3 April 2017.
(3) Noted that the current framework Pre-placement Agreement contract expires in March 2018 and that this would require consideration and earlier agreement for fee uplifts in 2018/19.
