The Area Committee has agreed that authority be delegated to the Service Director (Place Management), in consultation with the Chair of the Area Committee, to determine the application from Cheadle Village Partnership to hold a Festival (Diamond Jubilee Celebration) on 2 June 2012, subject to:-
(a) Confirmation being received that the venue for the event is Jubilee Park, Grange Park Road, Cheadle.
(b) Clarification on the estimated number of vehicles at the event.
