The Area Committee considered a proposal to introduce No Waiting Restriction on Lake Street and Sandhurst Street to improve visibility and reduce conflict for vehicles. The Area Committee then approved the statutory legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order, and subject to no objections being received within 21 days of the advertisement date the order can be made:-

No Waiting at Any Time:

Lake Street

North West side from a point 3.5 metres North East of the projected North Easterly kerb line of Coombes Street in a North Easterly direction for a distance of 19 metres.

Sandhurst Road

East side from a point 3.5 metres South of the projected North Westerly property line of No. 41 in a Southerly direction for a distance of 10 metres to the public footpath.

The £570 cost of the Order is to be met from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Stepping Hill Ward allocation).
