The Area Committee was minded to approve the following No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order in the Celtic Street area, Offerton, as set out below, at an approximate cost of £750 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Manor Ward allocation):-

East side from a point 10 metres south east of the southerly kerbline of Bramwell Street

to a point 5 metres north west of the northerly kerbline of Bramwell Street and

from a point 5 metres south east of the southerly kerbline of Dona Street

to a point 5 metres north west of the northerly kerbline of Dona Street and

from a point 5 metres south east of the southerly kerbline of Celtic Street

to a point 5 metres north west of the northerly kerbline of Celtic Street and

from a point 5 metres south east of the southerly kerbline of Trevor Grove

to a point 5 metres north west of the northerly kerbline of Trevor Grove.

Webb Lane

West side from a point 5 metres south east of the southerly kerbline of Celtic Street

to a point 5 metres north west of the northerly kerbline of Celtic Street and

from a point 5 metres south east of the southerly kerbline of Courthill Street

to a point 5 metres north west of the northerly kerbline of Courthill Street.

Both sides from the easterly kerbline of Athens Street for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction and from a point 5 metres south west of westerly kerbline of Webb Lane to a point 5 metres north east of the easterly kerbline of Webb Lane and from the westerly kerbline of Barnsley Street for a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction.

Trevor Grove

Both sides from the easterly kerbline of Webb Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction

Courthill Street

Both sides from the easterly kerbline of Athens Street for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction and from the westerly kerbline of Webb Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction.

The Area Committee further approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.
