(1) The Area Committee approved the spending of commuted sums as follows:-

Heaton Moor Park - £43,116.80

Grafton Street - £3,513.51

Grafton Street - £501.93

Thornfield Park - £836.55

Thornfield Park - £1,171.17

 

(2) That the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration be requested to report to the next meeting confirming if the £19,909.89 commuted sum received from the Fir Tree Housing Scheme is able to be split between North Reddish Park and Houldsworth Park.

Declarations or conflicts of Interest: Councillor Dean Fitzpatrick declared a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to the allocation made to Crescent Park as a member of the Friends of Crescent Park. He left the meeting and took no part in the decision relating to that allocation.
