Purpose:

This comprehensive report sets out the Council’s Treasury Management Strategies for 2015/16 which are constructed in full compliance with the CIPFA Treasury Management Code and the Council's Treasury Management Policy Statement and Practices

Decision:

The Executive considered the 2015/16 Treasury Management Strategy, Annual Investment Strategy and Revised Minimum Revenue Provision Policy the recommended that the Council Meeting approve:-

 

·         the Minimum Revenue Provision Policy for 2015/16;

·         the Capital Expenditure Forecasts and Capital Financing Requirement projections;

·         the Treasury Management Strategy 2015/16;

·         the Treasury and Prudential Indicators and Limits 2015/16-2017/18; and

·         the Annual Investment Strategy (AIS) 2014/15.
