The Executive will be asked to adopt the guidance of the National Skills Academy for Construction, for use in Local Employment

The Executive to considered and approved a proposal for the adoption of the National Skills Academy for Construction guidance, by an application for accredited status in order to support achievement of local employment and skills benefits from major development / construction projects.

Therefore an EIA should not be needed for adopting the National Skills Academy for Construction Guidance.
