The Area Committee considered the outcome of consultation with residents on proposed traffic calming measures on Lisburne Lane, Offerton that it was proposed to be introduced as part of the planning agreements connected to permissions DC048027 and DC050476 for the sites at the former Dialstone Centre and Blackstone Fields.

 

The Area Committee agreed that the proposed scheme as set out in Schedule 1 of the report, including zebra crossing, speed cushions and waiting restrictions, be approved and that the cost be met by the Developers as part of the development agreement.
