Purpose:

The Executive will agree a joint response (with Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group) to the recommendations contained in the final report of the Health & Wellbeing Scrutiny Committee's Scrutiny Review into services available to support the mental wellbeing and health of children and young people in Stockport, including services provide by the Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

Decision:

The Executive Meeting received the Final Report of the Health & Wellbeing Scrutiny Committees’ Review “‘Mind the Gap’: mental wellbeing and mental health services for children & young people in Stockport” and requested that the Corporate Director for People, in conjunction with Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group, prepare a response to the Scrutiny Review and the recommendations contained therein for consideration by the Executive Meeting.
