Purpose:

The Executive will be asked to consider proposals relating to the future of the Reddish Vale Training and Development Centre to accommodate Reddish Vale Technology College nurture groups. These groups have been successfully introduced into year 7 and it is now consdered an apporopriate time to extend them into years 8, 9 10 and 11 via a facility that can be easily accessed by parents and carers.

Decision:

The Executive Meeting considered and gave approval to a proposal to transfer the former Reddish Vale Training and Development Centre to Reddish Vale High School to support the expansion of their Nuture Group provision, on the basis set out in the report.
