The Area Committee has approved the following allocations of commuted sums for the Werneth area:-
(i) The use of £334.62 from development no. 1111 (DC052638, 52 Osborne Street, Bredbury) to future playground improvements at Woodbank Park Play Area.
(ii) The use of £334.62 from development no. 1113 (adj. to 140-142 Hyde Road, Woodley) towards future play improvements at Smithy Green (Pine Street) Play Area.
(iii) the use of £167.31 from development no. 1114 (DC052857, 4 John Street, Romiley) towards future play improvements at Romiley Park.
