The Executive Meeting considered a review of the impact of the Council Tax Support and Council Tax Discount Schemes agreed and implemented for 2013/14, and have recommended that the Council Meeting approve the Council Tax Support Scheme (CTS) and the Council Tax Discount Scheme (CTD) for 2014/15 as set out in the report and at Appendix 2 to include the minor changes to the existing scheme as detailed in the report.
