West side from a point 7.5 metres south east of the south easterly kerb line of Swallow Street for a distance of 33.5 metres in a south easterly direction.
East side from a point 6 metres south east of the projected south easterly kerb line of Swallow Street for a distance of 35.5 metres in a south easterly direction.
