In 201213 the Health Scrutiny Committee undertook a review of Mental Health provision in Stockport building on the work undertaken by the Scrutiny Committee in 2009 into Improving Access to Psychological Therapies This review explored how much improvement had been made since that original piece of work and where gaps in provision remained The Committee also looked at specific issues affecting mental health that had arisen recently such as the impact on policing the impact of increasing economic uncertainty on employees in the public sector and the steps being taken by employers and the developments in co-produced treatmentsThe Review was completed in March 2013 and the Final Report is available to view and download from this page
