To approve a refreshed and revised agreement under Section 75 of the NHS Act 2006 to pool budgets from the Council and the Clinical Commissioning Group for some adult and children’s services. The revisions to the existing agreement between the Council and NHS Stockport (PCT) are required because of the abolition of PCTs and creation of Clinical Commissioning Groups from April 2013.
