Neighbourhood Policing Councillors and members of the public are invited to raise neighbourhood policing issues with local Neighbourhood Policing Team. Additional documents: Minutes: Inspector Alex Taylor attended the meeting to report on neighbourhood policing issues within the Central Stockport area. He also reported on recent crime committed in the Central Stockport area.
The following comments were made/issues raised:-
· The issue of anti-social behaviour around Adder Park in Adswood was raised. Many residents in the area were concerned about the misuse of motor bikes. · Members requested details of the new Neighbourhood Watch Officers.

Proposed Little Moor Local Centre Improvements PDF 78 KB To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration The report presents the findings from a consultation on a proposed improvement scheme for Little Moor and proposes to:- · implement a proposed improvement scheme (proposals amended following consultation) · a Traffic Regulation Order to prohibit waiting on Hall Street between George Street East and the signal controlled pedestrian crossing on George Street East close to the junction with Hall Street. The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Cabinet Member for Sustainable Stockport approves:-
· the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order detailed in Appendix D to the report and, subject to no objections being received within the statutory period, the Order can be made. · the implementation of the updated, proposed improvement scheme in accordance with the drawings in Appendix E.

Public Realm The local Public Realm Inspector will attend the meeting to provide an update on matters raised at previous committee meetings. Councillors and members of the public are invited to raise issues affecting local environment quality. Additional documents: Minutes: Mark Calderbank, Public Realm Inspector, attended the meeting to report on current issues and to answer questions from Councillors and members of the public in relation to public realm issues within the area represented by the Central Stockport Area Committee.
The following comments were made/issues raised:-
· Support was given to the community litter pick carried out by the ‘Plasticshed’ community group along the Fred Perry Way footpath at the side of St. Mary’s Way on 6 June 2019. · The amount of waste presented incorrectly continued to be a problem, particularly in areas of high density housing where a high proportion of the properties were rented.

The report outlines the findings of the review of outcomes tour undertaken on Friday, 5 October 2018 and requests that the Area Committee gives consideration to the arrangements for the 2019 tour.
The Area Committee is recommended to :-
(1) Comment on and note the findings of the 2018 Annual Review of Outcomes Tour.
(2) Nominate a completed development site to be included on the list of sites to be inspected on the 2019 Annual Review Tour; and
(3) Nominate Members to attend the Annual Review Tour on Friday, 4 October 2019.
