Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust  provides mental health and community services to people living in the boroughs of Bury, Oldham and Rochdale. We also provide mental health services in Stockport and Tameside and Glossop, as well as community services in Trafford.

The Council of Governors comprises elected members of the public and staff, plus representatives from partner organisations (including councils in areas covered by the Trust’s activities).  They are responsible for ensuring the views of the member community are considered in decisions about how we spend our money and how we develop our services.
