Reason for urgency: Although the Council has only recently received the documents for signature, they are historical and relate to 2023/24 and 2024/25 and need to be signed as soon as possible and cannot wait for publication of the next Forward Plan. While the above documents have not been formally aproved and signed by the Council, they have been approved and monitored by the Stockport Locality Board. As a result, the intended actions and outcomes in terms of pooling of health and social care resources for Stockport locality contained within them has progressed.
