• Councillor Syd Lloyd - Personal and Prejudicial - As a Festival Director of the Romiley Summer Festival. Councillor Lloyd exercised his right to speak in support of the application in his capacity as a member of the public in accordance with Article 12(2) of the Councillors’ Code of Conduct. Councillor Lloyd then left the meeting and took no part in the discussion or vote on this item
