This report provides a comprehensive update on the delivery of the proposed development of St Thomas’ Gardens, and in particular the Academy of Living Well.
The financial model for the Academy of Living Well has been updated to reflect current market conditions. The report sets out a preferred operating structure for the Academy of Living Well and an outline engagement and selection process to secure a preferred operator

Consultation process

Consultation has been an ongoing feature of this development. Planning permission was sought and included elements of consultation as well as stakeholder briefings and updates. Co-design of the academy model will be a key objective of this development.

Equality and/or Environmental Impact Assessment: An initial impact assessments have have been undertaken and will be updated to reflect the further developments of this programme.
