The financial model for the Academy of Living Well has been updated
to reflect current market conditions. The report sets out a
preferred operating structure for the Academy of Living Well and an
outline engagement and selection process to secure a preferred
operator

Consultation process
Consultation has been an ongoing feature of
this development. Planning permission was sought and included
elements of consultation as well as stakeholder briefings and
updates. Co-design of the academy model will be a key objective of
this development.
