The Third Quarter Update Portfolio Performance
and Resource Reports (PPRRs) provide a summary of progress in
delivering the Council’s priority outcomes since the mid-year
report, with a focus on forecast performance against targets. In
the case of the budget and capital updates, this covers the period
since the Q2+ report considered at the last cycle of Scrutiny and
Cabinet.
