The report provides an update on the
transition of operation of Council owned leisure centres and
delivery of active communities programmes to Stockport Active CIC
and an update of governance, monitoring and reporting arrangements
between the organisation and the Council. The report outlines
Stockport Active CIC’s draft business plan for its first year
of operation (2022/23) and the indicative business plan for the
subsequent two years (2023/24 and 2024/25). The business plan
outlines the outcomes the CIC is aiming to deliver, the actions it
will take to achieve these and the indicative level of management
fee the CIC will need from the Council.
