Statement (TMSS) and Annual Investment Strategy (AIS) for 2019/20,
approved by Council on 21 February 2019, and has been prepared in
accordance with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and
Accounting (CIPFA) Code of Practice for Treasury Management in the
Public Services.
