from recent papers relating to the Council's Growth and Reform
programme, and it's Working with Communities working paper. In
particular this report focuses upon the opportunity to introduce an
investment model which seeks to enable the growth of social
movements and resilience within our communities.

take place as part of the development and implementation of this
model.
Equality and/or Environmental Impact Assessment: It is not anticipated that at this stage an EIA will be required but equalities implications will be considered as part of the development of the model.
