Decision regarding transfer of NHS Stockport staff to the Council and accepting delegated health function and integrated management for the MOSIAC service through a S75 partnership agreement under provisions of the NHS Act 2006. The Agreement that will underpin the financial and management arrangements have been in place for some time. The Service will remain jointly commissioned by NHS Stockport and the Council (S75 commissioning pooled budget) but as a result of the new S75 the Council will be the sole provider incorporating the health elements previously delivered by Community Health Stockport staff as part of the partnership.
