The report is to provide Cllrs with an update
on the BID, present details on the BID business plan (which, whilst
almost completed, will be in draft format at that stage), give
Cllrs another heads up on the decisions that the Council has to
make in the Autumn. It will also provide Cllrs with a
timeline.
This will be the third report of its type presented to Cllrs. The
first two are attached for background information.
