This report outlines the key findings of the
Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) that was commissioned by the Council
in 2015. The study will help inform the production of the
Council’s Local Plan and Housing Strategy. This research
provides an up-to-date analysis of the social, economic, housing
and demographic situation across the area.
