The Final Update Corporate Performance and
Resource Report (CPRR) provides an overview of progress in
delivering the Council’s Priority Outcomes and budget during
the third quarter of 2015/16, based on the Council Plan and the
Medium Term Financial Plan. It is supported by seven Portfolio
Performance and Resource Reports which are being considered in
detail by the current cycle of Scrutiny Committees.
The Leader’s Report highlights a number of the
Council’s significant achievements over the last quarter,
along with providing an update on key decisions at GM
level.

Consultation process
The report is produced in consultation with
directorate performance management leads, Strategic Accountants and
Leadership Teams. Individual portfolio holders have been briefed on
PPRRs, and the Leader and Deputy Leader briefed on the Corporate
Report.
