Changes to the Council Constitution - Financial Procedure Rules Revision

Following the revision of the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules, the Corporate Director for Corporate and Support Services as Chief Finance Officer has reviewed the Financial Procedure Rules. The review of the arrangements for the proper administration of the Council’s financial affairs is the responsibility of the Chief Finance Officer and the Scheme of delegation provides that such a review should take place at least biennially.

As a result of the review, certain consequential changes to the Constitution will be required.
