Investing in Stockport Programme: Executive Proposals

Investing in Stockport is an ambitious change programme aimed at reforming pubic services and creating the conditions for sustainable economic and demographic growth in the Borough. The Programme includes a range of enabling and delivery reform programmes and projects which contribute to the overarching vision and outcomes of the Council.

This report presents the updated business cases for these programmes and projects, alongside the MTFP update, ahead of further consultation and development.

Consultation process

Draft Business Cases will be shared with Scrutiny Committees for consultation and comment. Individual projects will conduct detailed and targeted consultation as relevant and appropriate. Information about this will be outlined within the Business Case.
