Management Plan (AMP) capital programme for 2015/16 and the Energy
Capital Programme (ECP) for the Civic Complex. As part of this
update, it will seek approval of the revised schemes to be
delivered in 2015/16. It will also seek approval to the ECP for the
Corporate Estate and the funding arrangements to support the
programme.
