Issue details

A Scrutiny Review of Adult Social Care IT Systems and Data was undertaken within the municipal year 2022/23. The aim of the review was to understand issues raised in relation to recording, data quality and reporting.

The Scrutiny Review found that an improvement programme was already underway and issues had been addressed or were due to be however made a number of recommendations to support ongoing improvements.

The Scrutiny Review requested an update to identify actions taken, aligned against the recommendations. This report provides that update and confirms that all planned improvements and recommendations have been actioned.
