This report provides an update on the
Council's ongoing commitment to advance equality, diversity, and
inclusion (EDI) within the organisation and in our communities. As
part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive
environment for all employees and residents, significant strides
have been made over the past year.
This report builds on previous briefings to CLT and its purpose is
to provide scrutiny committee with an update on this work.
