Council’s workforce over the 18 month period for the full
year 2021 / 22 and the first half of 2022 / 23. Including, trends
within our workforce and asks the Committee to note action to
improve workforce productivity or to address areas of concern
around our workforce. Furthermore, the report includes our People
Plan which sets out workforce and organisational development
priorities.
