One of the key recommendations highlighted as
part of the Redmond Review is the requirement to appoint an
independent member to the Audit Committee.
Appendix 5 outlines the proposed timeframe for the recruitment
process with a view to an appointment date of 1st April 2023 for
the successful candidate. The term appointment will be three
years.
This will require approval by both the Audit Committee and Full
Council (in January 2023).
