Draft Portfolio Agreements for 2022/23 have
been considered by the September cycle of Scrutiny Committees.
These are based on the 2022/23 Council Plan and Budget, and reflect
the new Cabinet Portfolio responsibilities. Final versions of the
seven Agreements are now attached for Cabinet approval, and these
will provide the basis for regular performance and financial
reporting into Scrutiny Committees during 2022/23.
