Petition for Speed Bumps on Higson Avenue, Romiley to Improve Road Safety
We, the undersigned call on Stockport Council to install speed bumps on Higson Avenue to effectively reduce vehicle speeds and improve road safety for all residents, pedestrians, and drivers. Proposed hazard lines alone are insufficient to address the ongoing issue of excessive speeding. We urge the council to take immediate action to implement speed bumps as a proven and effective solution as this is very close to a school.
