The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders for the scheme at Ludworth Primary School as set out in Appendix A and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, that the orders be made.

Following consultation with the Mayor, the Chief Executive has taken urgent action under the constitution to appoint Bob Hodgson as a member of the Exclusion Review Panel.

The decision was taken as urgent action in advance of the next Council Meeting in order that an exclusion review panel can be constituted to determine a request from a parent for a review of the decision to exclude a pupil from a school in Stockport.

The Executive Director for Corporate & Support Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance & Resources, has given approval to the entering into of a contract with AVC Wise (rebranded in 2024 as My Money Matters) for the provision of Shared Cost Pension services to permit employees that are members of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) to make voluntary pension contributions including the provision of a fully managed solution to help empower employees with financial education, tools and services to enact a change on their financial wellbeing.

A6 Wellington Road South – Centre of Toucan Crossing located 93 metres north west from the projected north western kerbline of Exchange Street.

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval to the Bus Pinch Points – Proposed Highway Improvements scheme at Dialstone Lane, Stockport, and for the legal advertisement of the Traffic Regulation Orders at Appendix D and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, that the orders be made.

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval to the Traffic Regulation Orders/Moving Traffic Regulation Orders for the ATF4 Romiley scheme being made as originally advertised, as amended (Appendix B and associated plans).

RESOLVED – The Brookfield Park Shiers Family Trust Sub Committee has given approval to an application for funding from the Trust received from All Hallows Church Cheadle for a grant of £1562.50 towards the cost of improving the accessible toilet facilities at the church for the benefit of users of the building.

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval to the installation of the raised platform and that the Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO) (Appendix A) and Moving Traffic Regulation Orders (MTRO) (Appendix B):
