To share a proposal for shared leadership for the early years functions of the School Improvement Teams across Stockport and Tameside Councils. This report builds on previous updates.

It is proposed that the new structure detailed in the report be implemeted with effect from September 2022 and to delay the decision for the next Cabinet Meeting would mean that it would not be possible to meet this implementation date.


20/06/2022 - STOCKPORT MAYORAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLAN 2020 - 2025

This report recommends that Cabinet approve the MDC’s Strategic Business Plan which will formally guide the MDC’s activity and act as the document against which the MDC’s effectiveness can be assessed. The Strategic Business Plan is included in Appendix A of this report.
