The Area Committee has given approval to an application from Stockport Samaritans for a grant of £150 (£50 from each ward allocation) towards the cost of sponsoring two spectator-facing banners on Stockport County’s Edgeley Park grounds for the 2022-23 season in order to raise awareness of the Samaritans suicide prevention work.
