The Area Committee has given approval to an application from Drawing Board Productions CIC – Heatons Post for a grant of £400 from the Ward Flexibility Funding Budget (£200 from Heatons North and £200 from Heatons South wards allocation) towards the cost of organising and running a summer festival in Heaton Moor Park.
